Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. 2.

By an order dated 12th April, 2022, the applicant was enlarged on bail by putting certain conditions, one of which is to attend the concerned police station once in two weeks and shall not indulge into any similar offence, while on bail.

It is submitted that charge-sheet has already been filed and the charge is yet to be framed.

Considering the circumstances and the period which has been elapsed from the date of passing of the order, in the interest of justice, the fourth condition is relaxed only to the extent of attendance to the concerned Police Station. The applicant, however, shall not indulge into any similar offence and shall accordingly attend each date in the trial Court.

In case, the applicant commits two consecutive breaches, liberty to the prosecution to apply for cancellation of the bail. 6.

The order stands modified accordingly.

The application is disposed of.
