Mr. Tajane, learned counsel for the Petitioner has tendered copies of order passed in Special Civil Suit No. 299/2019, Special Civil Suit No. 300/2019, Special Civil Suit No. 301/2019 dated 21st April, 2023. By the said order the suit was disposed of in terms of compromise pursis. The copies of the order are taken on record and marked A, B, & C for identification. 2.

Mr. Tajane, learned counsel for the Petitioner has also tendered a photo copy of letter written by the Power of Attorney holder of the Petitioner to Mr. Tajane, dated 23rd June, 2023. Copy of the letter written by the Power of Attorney holder of the Petitioner, dated 23rd June, 2023 is taken on record and marked D for identification.

Mr. Tajane seeks leave to withdraw these Petitions, in view of settlement entered by the parties.
