Mr. Saraogi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to make a detailed report under Section 154 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to the concerned Police Station. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the event, such report is made by the petitioner, the concerned Police Station shall hold preliminary enquiry and take appropriate decision and convey the outcome of the same to the petitioner expeditiously.
