Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant. He submits that he has furnished fresh and correct address of respondent no.1 as given in the title cause of Criminal Application No.798 of 2016.

It is seen that on 11th July, 2016, this Court had ordered issuance of notice in Criminal Application (ALP) No.520 of 2015, Vina k 1/2

sr.13.appln.798.2016 but respondent no.1 is not served. In this view of the matter, issue fresh notice to respondent no.1 on addresses given in Criminal Application No.798 of 2016 returnable on 16th October, 2018. 3.
