Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.175 of 2021 registered with Manor Police Station, Palghar for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 323, 504 r/w 34 of IPC. 2.

Allegations against the applicant are, that he has assaulted victims by rod. Prosecution story is substantiated by medical evidence, so also statement of victim. Statement of eye witnesses supports the case of prosecution. Offence under Section 326 of IPC is punishable with imprisonment for more than ten years.

That being so, application stands rejected.
