Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The prayer in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for directing the second Respondent to give access to the Petitioner to meet the minor child. Such a relief cannot be granted in a Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against the second Respondent. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that even the whereabouts of the child are not known. We decline to entertain this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for grant of access to the Petitioner to meet the minor child. All other remedies of the Petitioner are expressly kept open.
