The appellant and respondents have arrived at an amicable settlement of the dispute.

Consent terms are tendered before the Court.

The Respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 5/ original claimants are present. Respondent No. 1 who is the mother of Respondent No. 2 Kum. Darshan Sawant has executed the consent terms for herself and for Respondent No. 2 as his natural guardian. They admit the contents of the consent terms and execution thereof. 5.

The Respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 5/ original claimants are identified by the advocate for the Respondents. Consent terms Vishal Parekar, PA 1/2

13-fa-346-2010.doc appear to have been executed voluntarily. Consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The appeal thus stands allowed in accordance with the consent terms.

7.

The impugned award stands modified in accordance with the consent terms. Award be drawn accordingly. 8.

Court fees refund, if any, be made as per rules. 9.

Statutory deposit be remitted back to the jurisdictional Tribunal.

10.

The Tribunal shall permit the parties to withdraw the amount in accordance with Clause 5 and 6 of the consent terms. 11.
