Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner challenges the concurrent finding of fact recorded by both the courts below under Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. In the present proceeding, the respondent filed application for payment of gratuity. Same was opposed by the petitioner.

Considering the concurrent finding of fact recorded by both the courts, I do not find any reason to entertain the present petition to interfere with the well reasoned order passed by the courts below.

Hence, Writ Petition stands rejected.
