This Misc. Civil Application is for transfer of a matrimonial proceeding from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Udgir, Latur to the Family Court at Pune. Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the application has not been served on his client. The Applicant's Advocate disputes this position. Anyway, he is directed to give one more set to the Respondent's Advocate. Civil Application No.334 of 2019 seeks amendment of the cause title. Since the amendment has been allowed already on an oral application and even carried out in the body of the Misc. Civil application, the civil application is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
