The learned Advocate for the Petitioner - Association states that the Petitioner will answer the Show Cause Notice within a period of one week from today. The Commissioner of Police, Nashik, shall after hearing the representative/s of the Petitioner, pass his speaking order within a period of one week from the date of hearing, strictly on merits. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The Petitioner - Association will also be at liberty to make its submissions qua the clauses introduced in the Trafoc Standing Orders dated 29th July, 2021 issued by the Commissioner of Police, Nashik which came into effect from 15th August, 2021. Needless to add that in the event of the Petitioner being aggrieved by the orders passed by the Commissioner of Police, Nashik, the Petitioner shall be at liberty to impugn the SSP 1/2

In the event of the order being adverse to the Petitioner, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner for a period of one week from the date of service of the Order passed by the Commissioner of Police, Nashik on the Advocate for the Petitioner. 2.
