912-APPW-400-2017.doc Heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. He submits that merger of the State Bank of India took place in the year 2010 and therefore, amendment is necessary. The learned advocate appearing for respondent / CBI opposed the application by contending that the same need not be allowed. The respondents shall have every opportunity to counter the amended petition and therefore the order :

i) The application is allowed.

ii) Amendment be effected within 14 days.
