The learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant, however, seeks liberty to revive the prayer for bail in the event the trial is not concluded in a reasonable period. 3.

Having regard to the nature of the occurrence and the age of the Applicant, it may be expedient to grant liberty to revive the prayer for bail in the event the trial is not completed by 30th June, 2023. 4.
