Heard. The application is for modification of the condition of attendance. Applicant was directed to attend on every Sunday vide order dated 9.5.2014. Considering the passage of time thereafter and no breach of the condition being reported the application is allowed. The condition of attendance imposed vide order dated 9.5.2014 is now hereby modified to the extent of the Applicant now attending the investigating agency on every first Friday of every Month. Rest of the conditions remained unmodified.
