This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the application for leave to appeal. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant /original complainant. Respondent no.1 is duly served avk 1/2

905-APPLN-618-2015.doc but he is absent. Respondent no.2 is served by paper publication in pursuant to the order dated 9th April 2018 of this court (Coram : A.S.Gadkar, J.). Both these respondents are absent. There is delay of 77 days in preferring the application for leave to appeal. This delay is explained in the pleadings made in the application which is on affidavit. Those are not countered by filing counter affidavit.
