The above Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:- "a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus issue direction to the Respondent to either allot land of comparable areas situated within the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation with equivalent area of the land resumed or to give compensation in monetary terms as per the prevailing Market Value of resumed lands.

b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus

issue direction to the Respondent to follow the Order dated 11th April, 2017 by compensating the petitioner in monetary terms as per the prevailing Market Value of the resumed lands. c) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issued writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order directing respondent to compensate the petitioner for illegal dispossession of petitioner without following due procedure of law."

Despite these prayers, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that these same reliefs have been sought by the Petitioner in Revision Application No. 1629 of 2021 pending before the Revenue Minister. He, therefore, submitted that the above Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the Revenue Minister to decide the aforesaid Revision Application in a time bound manner. 3.

Considering the statement made by the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner, we dispose of the above Writ Petition by requesting the Concerned Authority to dispose of the Revision Application No. 1629 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from today.

The above Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
