Heard. This petition is filed seeking directions to Respondent no.1 to register an offence in pursuant to the complaint made by the Petitioner on 13th June 2013 [Exhibit-K to the petition]. The learned APP invited our attention to the letter dated 7th January 2017 written by senior inspector of police, EoW, GC-II, Mumbai to the Petitioner's director. Letter reveals that the said complaint of the Petitioner was enquired into. It did not disclose commission of any cognizable offence. The said decision has been communicated to the Petitioner.

In above circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition in exercise of jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and section 482 of patilsr 1 / 2

the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 especially when the Petitioner has alternative and equally efficacious remedy to approach the Magistrate by way of private complaint. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
