It is apparent that the respondents allegedly are using the forged documents to substantiate their right or title and civil dispute between the parties under section 91 of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act which is still pending. As such any direction to transfer the investigation at this stage will affect the expeditious consideration of that dispute.
