By this civil application, the applicant (original respondent no.1) seeks modification/clarification of the order dated 17th July, 2018 to the extent of interpretation of the order as regard handing over the charge of the administrator to the committee members of the petitioner society is concerned.

By an order dated 17th July, 2018 passed by this court after hearing all the parties including the applicant herein, this court had admitted the writ petition and had granted interim relief in terms of

kvm 2/2 912-CAW1920.18 prayer clause (b). The prayer clause (b) of the writ petition was for stay of the order dated 15th November,2017 passed by the respondent no.4 in the petition, the order dated 21st February,2018 passed by the respondent no.5 to the petition and order dated 8th January, 2018 at Ex.XX and Ex.XX-1 to the petition passed by the respondent no.4 appointing administrator. Since by the said order, the appointment of the administrator and other consequential orders were stayed the learned administrator has rightly handed over the charge to the existing members of the managing committee. No case is made out for modification of the said order which was passed after hearing all the parties.
