This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring Criminal Appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 30th November 2016 passed in Sessions Case No.72 of 2014. There is delay of about 960 days in preferring the appeal. The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under section 304(I) of IPC and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for 10 years. The applicant is in custody. Hence, in the aforesaid circumstances and in the interest of justice, delay is condoned. 2.
