In view of the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Chairman and Managing Director FCI and ors. vs. Jagdish B. Bahira and ors. (Civil Appeal No. 8928 of 2015 decided on 6th July 2017), learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 5th August 2015 (Exhibit-C) passed by the Caste Scrutiny Committee, Konkan Division, Thane.
