It appears that the respondent No 1 has initiated the domestic violence proceedings on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005. On second call none appears for the petitioner so also on the last date i.e. 3rd January 2023. As such the petition was placed for dismissal.
