P.C:- This Civil Application has been filed for fixing of time of the accompanying Writ Petition. Some of the Applicants and the Respondents are senior citizens. Further, as noted by this Court by an order dated 30th September, 2016, this Petition was converted from Civil Revision Application pertaining to the year 1988 and, therefore, requires early hearing.

In the above view, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Petition to come up on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 3rd October, 2017.
