The present application has been moved on behalf of the applicant-insurance company for stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T. Thane. It has been contended that the applicant-insurance company has already deposited the entire decretal amount before the M.A.C.T. Thane. The claimants are allowed to withdraw some part of the compensation amount in the present proceedings.
