The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that by order dated 26.11.2010, the plaint is returned on the premise that upon proper valuation, the Civil Suit shall be beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of the City Civil Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that by the passage of time, the Civil Suit would have to be tried and entertained by the City Civil Court in view of the enhancement 1/2

The statement is accepted.

The Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the City Civil Court for appropriate orders/ reliefs. 5.

In view of the disposal of the Petition itself, the Civil Applications 1206 of 2013 & 483 of 2012 become infructuous and the same are disposed of as such.
