This is an application for fixing early date of hearing. It is submitted that the applicant is public servant. He has been convicted under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act. On account of conviction, his services are terminated. Since last 10 years, he is without employment.

Considering the submission, the appeal be listed on final hearing board commencing from 4th April, 2022. The appeal preferred by State of Maharashtra challenging the acquittal of co-accused viz. Criminal Appeal No.1050 of 2013 be tagged with this appeal.
