s daughter. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 has no objection.

In view of the said statement, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The amount deposited by Respondent No.1 along with accrued interest, if any, be transferred in the bank account of Petitioner No.1's daughter, details of which are specified in prayer clause (a).
