After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal which arises from the rejection of the Notice of Motion No. 818 of 2015 in L. C. Suit No. 482 of 2015. Learned counsel states that he be permitted to approach the Trial Court with a request to expedite the hearing of the suit. 3.

The appellant is at liberty to approach the Trial Court and make such a request. Needless to observe that the request shall be considered by the Trial Court on its own merits. 4.

The Appeal from Order is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn.
