This Appeal is preferred by the Appellants/Defendants challenging the judgment and decree dated 20-06-2011 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, Bombay in Suit No. 2564 of 2000 directing the Appellants/Defendants Nos. 1 and 2 to pay jointly and severally the sum of Rs. 3,000/- p.m. to the Plaintinff No. 1 Kalyani Narayan Sherigarty from January, 2000 till the date of order.
