These are the applications filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by the aforesaid applicants, who have been arrested in C.R. No. 58 of 2018 registered at Koyna Nagar Police Station, Patan, District Satara
for the offences under Section 332, 353, 504, 506, 510 r/w. 34 of IPC.

Heard the learned Counsels for the respective applicants and the learned APP for the State.

The case of the prosecution in brief is that on 15th August, 2018 the applicants, who were under the influence of alcohol assaulted Javed Babulal Mulla, the Forest Security Officer and prevented him from discharghing his official duties. The applicants were arrested on the same day and are presently in judicial custody. The maximum punishment for the alleged offence is 5 years. The investigation is almost completed and the presence of the applicants is therefore not required in custody. Hence the applicants are ordered to be released on bail on the following terms and conditions:- (i) The applications are allowed;
(ii) The applicants who are arrested in C.R. No. 58 of 2018 registered at Koyna Nagar Police Station, Patan, District Satara, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees
Twentyfive Thousand Only) each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Investigation Officer. (iii) The applicants shall report to the Koyna Nagar Police Station, on the first Monday of every month, until further orders. (iv) The applicants shall not interfere with the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner;
(v) The applicants shall provide their permanent as well as temporary address, if any, and their contact details to the Investigating Officer and in the bail bond;
(vi) The applicants shall not change their residential address without prior intimation to the Investigation Officer. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.)
