The learned Magistrate has acquitted the Respondentaccused for the reasons that certain original documents were not produced initially but they were produced belatedly and accused was denied of right to cross-examination.

As the matter has come up on board after so long time, the Court has given so much time to the Appellant. It seems that the Appellant is not interested. Hence appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
