For the reasons stated in the letter, 3 months extension to the Chief Executive Officer, Maharashtra State Board of Wakfs, Aurangabad and 4 months extension to the Presiding Officer, Maharashtra Wakf Tribunal, Aurangabad for disposing of matters, is granted. 3.
