By order dated 10th September, 2018 the applicants in all these applications were permitted to prefer an application before the Competent Court in exercise of powers under Section 167(2) of Criminal Procedure Code. Learned counsel for the applicant Mr.Kantawala informs that all the applications for bail preferred under Section 167(2) of Criminal Procedure Code are allowed and thus, these applications have become infructuous.
