This is an Application for release of the Applicant on provisional cash bail.

The Applicant was ordered to be released on bail by order dated 02/09/2021 passed by this Court (Coram : Sandeep K. Shinde) by executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. The Applicant has stated that he has not been able to arrange for sureties.

Considering the fact that the Applicant is languishing in jail despite the bail order, he is ordered to be released on provisional cash 1/2

P.H. Jayani 935 IA2875.2021.doc bail of Rs.50,000/- for a period of two weeks. The Applicant shall furnish surety to the like amount within the said period of two weeks. The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer/Police Inspector of the concerned Police Station once in four days between 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. till the time the surety is furnished. The Investigating Officer shall immediately report to the concerned Court default in reporting, as stated above. Request for reducing bond amount is rejected.
