Despite service, none appeared for respondents. 3.
Delay of 13 days has occurred in filing the Appeal from Order challenging the impugned order dated 3rd July, 2019. 4.
Learned Counsel appearing for the applicants submits that delay has occurred as father of appellant No.2 was aged about 90 years and was not keeping well and was suffering from old age ailments. He was admitted in hospital and therefore, appellant No.2 being his son had to take care of his father. Medical papers are annexed along with the application. Sufficient grounds are made out to condone the delay. As such, delay is condoned. SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2022.07.02 12:33:44 +0530
