The learned APP, on instructions, submits that in pursuance of the order passed earlier to this, the applicant has deposited the said stipulated amount in the Registry of this Court. The applicant has also attended the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation and, therefore, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In view of the same, interim relief granted by an order dated 23.9.2015 is hereby confirmed. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
