This is subsequent bail application filed by the applicant seeking enlargement on bail. The first application bearing Criminal Bail Application No. 820 of 2016 was rejected by a speaking order dated 14/9/2016. The said application was rejected after filing of the charge­sheet. Talwalkar

901.ba2105.17 The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the charge in the present case is framed on 23/6/2017. However, the trial is moving at a snail's pace. Taking into consideration the fact that the applicant is in custody since 9th August, 2015, the learned Sessions Court is requested to make an endeavour to expedite the trial as early as possible. The Criminal Application stands dismissed.
