1) After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial pertaining to CR.No.I-181 of 2015 registered with Kasar Vadvali Police Station, Thane City, does not commence within a period of one year from today.
