The only relief sought by the above Writ Petition is a direction that the Application being No.14 of 2016 pending on the file of Respondent No.1, be directed to be disposed of within a particular time frame. The Learned A.G.P. Mrs. Shinde states that the said Application by an administrative order has been transferred to Shri R.S. Pere, Assistant Charity Commissioner, Mumbai, and that he would be hearing the said Application. She further states that there are ten objectors who have also filed Applications. She lastly submits that this Court may fix an appropriate time schedule for disposal of the said application No.14 of 2016. Waghmare 1/2

902WP.11626.17.doc The said application it seems is filed invoking Section 50A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act thereby the Scheme is sought to be modified. In our view having regard to the nature of the proceeding in question it would be just and proper to direct the Assistant Charity Commissioner Shri R.S. Pere to dispose of the said application latest by 28.02.2019. The same would undoubtedly be done on its own merits and in accordance with law by giving proper opportunity to the parties. (K.K.
