By order dated 29 November 2016, the parties were referred for mediation.

The learned counsel for the parties state that the mediation has been successful and the parties have signed consent terms before the mediator. The learned counsel for the parties state that the parties are present in the Court and have understood and
2 p3) mca286-16.doc accepted the consent terms and also signed on the same. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. All undertaking/s given in the consent terms are accepted. 4.
The Marriage Petition No.1101 of 2015 is pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan. Liberty to the parties to approach the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan for appropriate orders of disposal of the Marriage Petition in terms of the consent terms which are taken on record in this miscellaneous civil application. The parties will appear before the Civil Judge on the next date i.e. 15 April 2017 to place the consent terms on record.

It is submitted that since the Marriage Petition was filed in the year 2015, the period of six months as required has already lapsed. In view of this position, it is not necessary for the Civil Judge to direct the parties again to wait for a period of six months. 6.
The miscellaneous civil application is disposed of by taking the consent terms on record. Liberty to the parties to approach the Civil Judge for appropriate orders as above. 7.
The learned counsel for the parties agree that clauses 4(j) and (k) of the consent terms have been fulfilled.
