We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing Respondent No.4-Caste Scrutiny Committee to adjudicate the caste claim of the petitioner which is pending since 2004. By order dated 23/4/2012 Respondent No.4-Caste Scrutiny Committee has rejected the proposal of the petitioner on account of deficiency of documents. No decision is taken by Respondent No.4-Caste Scrutiny Committee on the fresh proposal submitted by the petitioner on 21/1/2013, till this date. Therefore in the interest of justice and to avoid further delay, we direct Respondent No.4-Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim as early as possible, preferably within nine months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. All points are kept open. No costs.
