Heard rival submissions on this application for relaxation of condition of bail.

While granting bail on 20th March, 2014 the applicants were directed to attend the concerned police station on every alternate Sunday between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon till the conclusion of the trial. Reportedly as per the attendance documents annexed to the application, the applicants were so attending the concerned Police Station. Now one year is lapsed after such condition is imposed. Hence, it is relaxed to the following extent :
"The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on first Sunday of alternate month i.e. to attend the concerned Police Station only six times in a 1 / 2
Deshmane 914.APPP.659-14.doc year and that also between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on such Sunday, till conclusion of the trial." 3.
