We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as the caste claim of the Petitioner is pending with Respondent No.2Caste Scrutiny Committee since 7/11/2012. The Petitioner, based on the caste in question, has been admitted to the institution and pursuing studies since 2013 and, therefore, there is no question of taking coercive steps against the Petitioner for want of Caste Certificate, pending the decision of Respondent No.2Caste Scrutiny Committee and for a period of 4 weeks after communication of the decision to the petitioner.
