spb/ 8caw2190-19.odt Applicant, who is the original Petitioner, had filed writ petition (st) no. 29224 of 2018. On 08.04.2019, Registrar Judicial-I, directed the Petitioner to remove office objections within three weeks. It is stated that the Petitioner was unaware of such direction of the Registrar Judicial. Subsequently, Petitioner came to know that the writ petition was refused registration on 25.06.2019.

Hence, the present civil application.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on due consideration, order dated 25.06.2019 is recalled and related writ petition i.e. writ petition (st.) no. 29224 of 2018 is restored to file. However, Petitioner shall remove the office objections within a period of four weeks from today and thereafter, serve copies of the petition on learned counsel for the Respondents.

Civil application is disposed of.
