1] This application is moved for restoration of first appeal which was dismissed for default by an order passed on 2nd February 2007. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that this appeal is already admitted and for want of filing paper book it was dismissed. He submits that the matter is likely to be settled before the Lok Adalat. Hence, the learned Counsel for applicant submits that the appeal be restored to file by condoning the delay in filing the application. Learned AGP for the State is also present. It is also pointed out that other connected matters are also restored and they

Since the original matter is not traceable, permission is granted reconstruct the same and put up before Lok Adalat.
