On 30th April 2024, the following order was passed: "1.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 that the withdrawal order dated 3rd April 2018 that is the subject matter of challenge in the writ petition was also challenged before the National Council for Teacher Education by filing an appeal. The said appeal has been decided on 12/09/2018 and the proceedings were remanded to the Western Regional Commission for necessary action. Thereafter, the Western Regional Commission in its meeting held on 19th to 21st August 2019 granted time of thirty days to comply with the shortcomings. 2.

It appears that in view of these developments, the purpose of filing the writ petition stands served. To enable the learned counsel for the petitioners to obtain necessary instructions, list under the caption of "Directions" on 03/05/2024."

Today, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions submits that the deficiencies pointed out by the Western Regional Commission in its meeting held on 19th to 21st August 2019 have been removed. He submits that in case the Western Regional Commission holds against the petitioner, liberty may be reserved for taking appropriate steps. 3.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. The parties shall be governed by the order passed by the Appellate Authority on 12/09/2018. In case the petitioners are not satisfied with the decision taken by the Western Regional Commission, they are free to take appropriate steps. All points raised are kept open.
