This petition challenges the order dated 20th August, 2016 by which the Special Court (MCOCA), Raigad-Alibag had extended time for filing chargesheet by 40 days from the date of the order. Ms. Malhotra, the learned APP for the State, states that the chargesheet has since been filed on 7th November, 2016. In that circumstance, nothing survives in the petition. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
