P.C.:- By this application, the Applicant has sought extension of time to furnish surety. By order dated 06/10/2021 the substantive sentence imposed against the Applicant by judgment dated 09/08/2021 in POCSO Special Case No.310 of 2016 was suspended and he was released on provisional cash bail with directions to furnish surety within a period of four weeks from the date of release on cash bail. 2.

In view of the reasons stated in paragraphs 5 and 6 of the application, time to furnish surety is extended by a period of four weeks.
