Learned AGP waives notice for Respondent No.1 & 3.. Learned Counsel Mr. Aradwad waives notice for Respondent No. 2. Mr. Vashi, learned Sr. Counsel waives notice for Respondent No.5. Ms. Warunjikar, learned Counsel waives notice for Respondent No.6. The learned Counsel for the SRA submits that the proposed AGM shall not be held on 1st September, 2023 and shall be postponed till Annexure II in terms of directions issued by this Court is finalized by the SRA, for which purpose he seeks at-least four weeks time. Statement has been made on instructions received by learned Counsel for the SRA from Mr. H. A. Daualbhakt, Sub-Engineer (SRA) 'L' Ward and Mr. S. Y. Kirve, Naib Tahasildar and it is accepted and treated as an undertaking given to this Court.
