2) In view of this, application seeking pre-arrest bail deserves to be allowed. No case for custodial interrogation is made out. Hence, following order.

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest, applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- and one or two sureties in the like amount.

(iii) Application is disposed of in above terms.
