By this Application, the Applicant has impugned the Order dated 06.09.2017, directing the Applicant to remain present in the Court on 13.09.2017, without granting any interim protection to the Applicant. He submits that the Advocate for the Applicant was not heard before the said order was passed and the said Application was moved by the learned Special Public Prosecutor after the matter was heard at 4.10 p.m..

Learned APP on instructions states that the Applicant will not be arrested till 14.09.2017. In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this
